  • Executive Assistant m/f - Amsterdam (Netherlands)

    Play a key and versatile role

    YOUR MISSIONS : 

    - Administration/Accounting

    • Receipt of invoices and follow up for authorization process for payments.
    • Preparing the payment of the invoices and its follow-up.
    • Handling the snail (postal) mail
    • Filing and archiving

    - Organization and support of events (internal and external)

    • Preparing business reports, consolidate information and data from our local entities.
    • Contributes to the implementation of corporate communication.
    • Manage draft and update information on the company website / other communication materials with marketing and communication team.
    • Trade fair exhibitions.
    • Launching of brands / products of the group.
    • Inauguration and organisation of new sites.

    - Human Resources

    • Booking hotels and travel arrangements.
    • Administrative management of employment contracts.
    • Supervision of the wire transfers for the wages’ payment.
    • Management of team calendars. 
    • Employees’ file management.
    • Onboarding process for new employees. 

     - General Services

    • Management of subscriptions (i.e., phone plans, various applications etc.).
    • Purchase of computers and other IT equipment.
    • Planning of office space requirements and negotiation with the providers of co-working spaces.

     IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE : 

    Ideally, a previous successful experience in a similar position.

    Education:

    • Undergraduate/graduate studies
    • Vocational degree in general service and HR

    You must be absolutely bilingual in English as all projects have an international dimension.

    You must be fluent in Dutch (Effective operational proficiency or advanced).

  • Project Manager m/f - Near Nancy (FR)

    Lead a large and ambitious project

    YOUR MISSIONS :

    Reporting to the Head of Operations France, you will benefit from the support of an expert in PET production line implementation projects to ensure the following missions:

    Project management

    • Coordination of the various internal and external stakeholders
    • Follow-up and update of the action plan, to ensure the project progresses according to the target schedule
    • Monitoring and updating the budget
    • Feedback to management for follow-up and decision making
    • Communication within the company on the progress.

    Finalization of tenders to select suppliers of equipment and services: relocation, assembly of production lines, utilities, IT systems

    • Definition of needs and drafting of specifications;
    • Analysis of the offers, technical and economical alignment with the suppliers;
    • Selection proposal to the management.         

    Planning and engineering

    • Supervision of the engineering studies of the different suppliers (electricity, material transport, water discharges...)
    • Interface between the different suppliers and with the building constructor to ensure the consistency of the overall project
    • Detailed planning of the implementation of the various technical solutions in the building.           

    Follow-up of the construction site and implementation of technical solutions & utilities

    • Weekly meetings, progress monitoring and validation of necessary adaptations
    • Coordination of the different suppliers' worksites, to guarantee safety and good execution.

    Preparation and implementation of the move from the old site to the new one

    • Timing to ensure continuity of production and minimum delivery to customers
    • Coordination with the moving contractor and the different departments of the plant
    • Securing of the historical site.

    EXPECTED SOFT SKILLS:

    • You are disciplined, well-organized, and you know how to comply with deadlines and action plans
    • You enjoy working in a team environment
    • You have a taste for engineering and technology
    • You want to take up the challenge of building a new plant in a dynamic and sustainable market.

    IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE :

    • 5 years of higher education - General engineer or with a focus on construction and public works / production
    • Experience of 3-5 years, beginner allowed
    • Knowledge of production tools and plastics transformation would be a plus
    • Fluent in English.

    DURATION AND LOCATION :

    Position to be filled on a permanent basis - full time, executive status.

    YOUR MISSIONS:
    Reporting to the Marketing and Communication Director:

    • You will assist the team in organizing, designing and setting up our booth at the World Plastics Industry Trade Fair (K-Messe) where we will exhibit in 2022 in Düsseldorf (Germany);
    • You will analyze the market and do competitive intelligence to assist our M&A team in evaluating targets in Europe;
    • You will contribute to the development of products and brands within the subsidiaries and establish market strategies;
    • You will participate in the creation and updating of communication tools (website, LinkedIn, print, ...).

    EXPECTED SOFT SKILLS:

    • Good writing skills and fluency in English (written, read and spoken);
    • Ability to structure research;
    • Analyze, synthesize and present results;
