Under the supervision of the Chief Financial Officer, your tasks will be as follows:

1) Accounting management:

• Entering supplier invoices and expense reports.
• Entering salaries.
• Preparing invoice payments.
• Forecasting expenses.
• Filing supplier invoices.
• Entering banking transactions (checks, transfers, direct debits, etc.)
• Entering entries related to the closing of accounts.
• Archiving all accounting documents at the end of the year.

2) Personnel management:

• Pre-employment declaration (DPAE).
• Updating the personnel register.
• Registering and monitoring medical visits.
• Registration with mutual insurance companies.
• Monitoring and forwarding leave requests to our payroll manager.
• Forwarding variable payroll. items to our accounting firm.
• Managing employee access with the building manager.

Required profile:

You have a BTS degree in accounting and at least three years' experience in a similar position.
You are proficient in the use of IT tools. Excel Word
Ideally, you have a good level of written English.
You are proficient in accounting software. Our ERP is Microsoft D365.

We are looking for a Candidate for a newly created position of Country Financial Controller based in our office in Gdynia.

As the Financial Controller you will be tasked with setting the finance and controlling organization in Poland and liaising with the corporate French organization.
Furthermore, you will be involved with various finance improvements projects and ensure correct processing in the financial reporting.

From a country management perspective, you will be involved with multiple post-acquisition integrations as well as greenfield initiatives.
As a Country Financial Controller, you will:

• Drive monthly closing process to enable timely monthly group reporting, including country results, journals, checks & balances verifying accuracy of financials, following up with regions on any issues and inconsistencies,
• Drive industrial controlling (cost and revenues) and support management with decision making process.
• Analyze profitability by line of business and profitability optimization,
• Ensure monthly inventory accuracy and valuation,
• Prepare the annual Financial Statements of each of the entities in Poland and coordinating the process with auditors,
• Ensure the application of the Group Accounting Policies,
  Prepare Accounting Papers for reporting issues,
• Manage change in the reporting process to improve quality and harmonizing the reporting of the country to become globally standardized,
  Coordinate Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) process of the country,
• Prepare of ad-hoc analysis as required,
• Manage given projects in the area of finance and accounting. Have an active role in development and maintenance of
  the current and future implementation of new systems,

International travel (France) might be involved.

The selected resource will contribute to the financial and accounting management of the company, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accounting standards.

Key responsibilities

The figure will be responsible for the management of the general accounting, customers and suppliers, ensuring compliance with Italian regulations and company policies.

He/she will have to deal with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports according to Italian accounting standards and IFRS, supporting the external consultant in the preparation of the statutory financial statements.

He will manage the treasury, monitoring cash flows, bank reconciliations and financial forecasts.

Will work with external auditors to ensure regulatory compliance and timely delivery of required documentation.

He/she will manage the ledger and coordination of the monthly and annual accounting close process, as well as the monitoring of tax compliance, in collaboration with the external consultant.

He will participate in the implementation and go-live of Microsoft Dynamics as a key user for the Finance area.

Requirements

• Degree in Economics, Finance or related disciplines and at least three years' experience in accounting in medium or large companies.
• An in-depth knowledge of Italian GAAP and IFRS is essential, as well as excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Dynamics is preferred, as well as the possession of professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA.
• Fluent knowledge of the English language, with a minimum level of B2.

As an Accounting and Administrative Associate at our rapidly growing company, you will play a crucial role in supporting our finance operations while also assisting with key administrative tasks. In this dynamic position, you will primarily focus on financial responsibilities, including bookkeeping, monthly financial reporting, VAT return preparation, and liaising with Dutch tax authorities.

Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks will be essential as you help keep our financial processes accurate and efficient. While the majority of your time (around 80%) will be dedicated to finance-related activities, you will also contribute to the smooth operation of the office, assisting with administrative duties such as office management and event coordination (up to 20% of your time). Main tasks and responsibilities:

Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting: Maintain accurate financial records two corporate entities, process transactions, and prepare monthly financial reports for management.

 Experience with preparing VAT Returns is a plus: Assist in the preparation and submission of VAT returns on a quarterly basis

YOUR MISSIONS:

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will lead two strategic areas:

1) Supply Chain

•    Identify and select transport partners to ensure the reliability and cost-effectiveness of our products’ delivery to customers

•    Centralisation of non-conformities: create a tool to track logistics and quality non-conformities, define roles, and automate the processing of penalties for suppliers and transport providers

•    Logistics reporting tool: build a Power BI dashboard featuring key KPIs (storage costs, slot adherence rate, planned vs actual stock variance, penalties, non-conformities, delays)

2) AI integration

•    Meeting summaries: tendering and implementation of an AI-powered Teams note-taking tool with summaries that can be customised by department

•    ERP conversational assistant: creation of a connected chatbot interface

• Dynamic stock management: automated alerts using machine learning to anticipate stock-outs and overstocking

REQUIRED SKILLS :
