A new milestone reached: our Messein site obtains RecyClass certification

We are proud to announce that our production site in Messein (France), the largest recycled PET production plant in the country, has just obtained RecyClass Recycled Plastics Traceability certification, a major European recognition of the quality and traceability of our rPET (recycled polyethylene terephthalate).

A guarantee of quality and transparency:
Issued in accordance with the EN 15343:2007 standard, this certification confirms that our Messein site meets the most demanding requirements in terms of:

• Traceability (General Requirements Level 2): full tracking of recycled material flows, from post-consumer waste to finished product, under a rigorous chain-of-custody model.
• Food-contact suitability (Module A2): validation of our decontamination process for food-contact applications.

This certification covers our entire ORIGO® range (CRYSTAL, CLEAR, CLEAR P and CLEAR G), rPET pellets made from 100% post-consumer recycled material.

This achievement is not an end in itself, but a further step in our commitment to excellence and sustainability. We will continue to invest in innovation, traceability and quality to provide our customers with a recycled material that combines technical performance with a reduced environmental footprint.
